## Method

Every role is read from the employer's own careers board. A role is counted while that board still lists it. Dates are the employer's own posting dates where the board publishes one, and roles with no date are excluded from the seven and thirty day counts rather than assumed recent.

Roles are matched to this group by title, so a role advertised under an unusual name sits outside the count.
